Stunning classical clips earrings clips designed by Chaumet.

Classic pair made in Paris, France by the house of Chaumet, Circa 1970's. They was crafted in solid 18 karats of yellow and white gold and suited with French omega  backs for fastening clips. The posts options for pierced ears can be easily added.

Bezel set with 4 natural and not heated gemstones.

Two round cabochon cut of red rubies from Burma of 1.62 carats, with excellent saturation and great transparency.

Two marquise cut of deep vivid yellow sapphires of 0.60 carats.

Accented with 6 round brilliant cut diamonds, .12 Ctw. , E/F color VS-2 clarity

They have a total weight of 10.25 grams and a measures of 21 mm by 9 mm.

The house of Chaumet: The French born jeweler, Marie-Etienne Ninot began his career as an assistant court-jeweler to the queen Marie Antoinette. In 1780, he moved to Paris and founded the House of Chaumet, and was appointed as jeweler to emperor Napoleon in 1802. During this period, Ninot became one of the most popular jewelers in Europe, establishing a loyal and continuous prestigious clientele. today the house remains as a luxury jewelry house under the name Chaumet Paris.
