Returns must be received within 5 days of receipt of the item and buyers are responsible for the safe return and all the returning shipping expenses.

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus cost of shipping, this is not negotiable. Altered, heavy used and abused pieces will not be accepted back. In any jewelry sale that include alterations or special customized services like rings sizing, are absolutely not returnable.
