Tiffany Co. 1970 Retro Sputnik Sunburst Clip Earrings In Textured 18Kt Yellow Gold

Sunburst sputnik earrings designed by Tiffany & Co.

Gorgeous vintage pieces created in New York city at the Tiffany Studios, back in the 1971. These spiky clip earrings has been crafted in the shape of a sunburst explosion in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with highly textured finish. Fitted at the reverse with a pair of hinged omega backs for fastening clips and the addition of posts for pierced ears can be easily done.

 Weight: 47.6 Grams, (30.51 Dwt).

Measurements: 32 mm by 33 mm (1.26 x 1.30 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. 18KT".

Note: This model was also made into a pendant brooch as item J46A.

Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
