Wine vase in blue glazed porcelain from the Yuan Dynasty.

This is an authentic and genuine antique Chinese Porcelain Vase from the 14th century, created during the Yuan Dynasty between the 1271 and 1368. This vase shape and design is rare and was finely made to serve wine. It is decorated with blue glazed surface over a raised design showing grape vines. This cabinet vase is in very good condition, showing beautiful glaze, with the clay, and pigment all in line with the typical characteristics of the Yuan Dynasty. 

The Yuan Dynasty

The Yuan dynasty is officially known as the Great Yuan state. This was a Mongol-led imperial dynasty of China and a successor state to the Mongol Empire after its division. It was established by Kublai (Emperor Shizu or Setsen Khan), the fifth khagan-emperor of the Mongol Empire from the Borjigin clan, and lasted from 1271 to 1368. In Chinese history, the Yuan dynasty followed the Song dynasty and preceded the Ming dynasty.
