Beautiful vintage piece crated by the house of Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris, France , circa 1970. This elegant cocktail ring, was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and embellished at each sides, with carvings of dark ebony wood.
The top part at the center, is mount with an impeccable French pave setting of 13 very fine round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.54 Ctw, D/E color, VS-1 clarity.
Have a total weight of 12.9 grams and the actual ring size is 5.25, can be sized. The top view measures are 22.5 mm by 16 mm.
Stamped, with French hallmarks; the eagle/s head for the assay and guaranty of the 18 kt gold, the maker's mark Ste J (Societe J), the serial numbers and signed, "VAN CLEEF & ARPELS .750 B5566A27".
Collateral: It is accompanied by the designer's jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold or the wood. All the gemstones, are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
