Van Cleef & Arpels 1970 Paris Cocktail Ring In 18kt Gold With 8.27 Cts Oval Chrysoprase

A cocktail ring designed by Van Cleef & Arpels.

Gorgeous and elegant vintage piece made in Paris France by the jewelry house of Van Cleef & Arpels, back in the 1970's. It was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with the entire surface finished with the iconic maison couscous dotted patterns. 

The top part is embellished with an invisible bezel, that are holding an oval cabochon cut (16 x 12 x 6 mm) of a natural translucent green chrysoprase gemstone, of 8.27 carats. 

Has a total weight of 18.7 grams and the actual size is 6.5, sizeable. The top view measurements are 24 mm by 18 mm (1.06 x 0.87 Inches) and raise 13 mm over the finger

Stamped, with French hallmarks; the eagle's head for the assay and guaranty of the gold, the maker's maitre cartouche Ste P. Fils (Societe Pery et Fils), the serial numbers and signed, "VCA OR .750 15003 5V885 2".

Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The chrysoprase is secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
