This is a one-of-a-kind piece, embellished on top, with an asymmetric fancy cut (36 by 23 by 15 mm) of a natural green-yellow citrine with a weight of 85 carats.
The total weight of this bold ring is 61.95 grams and the actual size is 5. the shank is suited with two elements for comfort fit and can be easily resized.
The top view measures are 27 mm by 42 mm (1.07 x1.65 inches).
Stamped, with the maker's mark, the gold assay hallmark and signed, "TONY DUQUETTE 18 KT".
Tony Duquette, (1914-1999) born in Los Angeles, California and was a very well known American artist, decorator and jeweler. His talents were recognized during his life in many one man exhibitions, mostly in the united states and others countries. In the 1951, he was selected by the Louvre museum in Paris to represent the decorative arts of mid-century and his works was exhibited at the pavilion de Marsan. He expend his live mostly in Beverly Hills, serving his affluent clientele.
