*Tiffany & Co. 1970 France Chevalier ring in 18 kt two tones gold with 6.83 cts lapis lazuli
A Chevalier ring designed by Tiffany & Co.
Gorgeous modernist oval domed shaped ring, crafted in Paris, France in solid 18 karats yellow gold. It is finished with high polish and brushed patterns. The oval design of the ring integrates the curved shape of the gem blending into a single continuous body
Is bezel set, with an oval cabochon cut (15 x 10 x 6 mm) of natural Afghani blue lapis lazuli with a weight of 6.83 carats.
Have a total weight of 11.2 grams and the actual size is 6.5, sizable.
The top view measures are 23 mm by 11 mm,
Stamped, with French hallmarks, the Minerva head for export outside France and for the assay and guaranty of the 18 kt, the maker's maitre cartouche for Ste G, the engraved serial numbers and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. 18 KT FRANCE 489".

Note: We cannot track any other similar model produced by Tiffany & Co. like this. The one pictured have the same French hallmarks and maker's cartouche, see figure.
