Fabulous freeform open bottle created by Elsa Peretti for the Tiffany Studios back in the 1978. This iconic vintage pendant necklace has been crafted at the Tiffany Studios in the purest plain shape in solid sterling silver .925/.999 with very high polished surfaces. It is fitted with a pistil lid and a Tiffany long chain of 28 inches (71 Cm).
