Cocktail ring designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2021) for Tiffany & Co.

This sculptural ring is part of the Peretti's signature gems collection, made at the tiffany studios in New York city back in the 1990. Has been carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polished finish.

Bezel set on top, with one rounded cabochon cut (14 x 15 x 10 mm) of a natural vivid blue Lapis Lazuli with a weight of 15.88 carats.

Have a total weight of 11.8 grams and the actual size is 6, sizable. The top view measures are 16 mm by 18 mm and raise 11.5 mm from the finger.

Stamped, with the maker's mark, the gold assay hallmark and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. ELSA PERETTI .750 HONG KONG ".

Elsa Peretti, was an important and iconic American designer that joined Tiffany & Co in the 1974 and change the role of diamonds and color gemstones in fashion for the everyday wear and elevating the status of the sterling silver jewelry. mostly using unusual gemstones and materials. all her creations are as modern today as ever.
