A vintage Elsa Peretti piece created back in the 1975 at the Tiffany studios. It was designed as a pendant-buckle in the shape of a large asymmetric heart.
This sculptural heart, was crafted in solid .925 sterling silver and is suited with am element to be used as a pendant or a buckle.
Have a total weight of 45.7 grams and a measures of 66 mm (2.58 inches) by 65 mm (2.59 inches).
Stamped, with the maker's mark, the assay hallmark and signed in full, "PERETTI TIFFANY & CO. 1975 ITALY STERLING".
