AN SCULPTURAL PAIR OF CLIP EARRINGS, MADE IN THE UNITED STATES AFTER THE WAR, BETWEEN THE 1940 AND 1950. THEY ARE HAND CRAFTED IN 14 KARATS OF TEXTURED YELLOW GOLD WITH A WAVY ONDULATED FAN PATTERNS. BOTH ARE SUITED AT THE REVERSE WITH THE HINGED OMEGA BACKS, PATENTED BY SCHULER.
THE MAIN ORNAMENTS ARE SLIGHTY OFF-CENTER AND ARE EMBELLISHED WITH 12 ROUND CUT OF RED RUBIES (1.20 Cts) AND 2 ROUND BRILLIANT CUT DIAMONDS (0.20 Cts, F,VS-2). THE RUBIES ARE VIVID, WITH VIBRANT COLOR, GREAT SATURATION AND TRANSPARENCY,
THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THIS PAIR IS 10.8 Grams AND A HAVE A MEASURES OF 22 mm BY 23 mm.
ENGRAVED WITH THE MAKER'S LOGO MARK "PP" FOR GEORGE SCHULER AND STAMPED WITH THE HALLMARKS, "PP 14 KT TCo-2423905".
THEY ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION WITH REMAINS OF ALL THE AGED PATINA.
