Tiffany Co. By Elsa Peretti Rare Vintage Organic Lilies Earrings In Solid 18Kt Yellow Gold

Sculptural lilies earrings designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2021) for Tiffany & Co.

This sculptural pair of earrings was designed by Peretti for tiffany, circa late 1970's. They have been manufactured in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with very high polished finish.

They are designed as an asymmetric pair, left and right, giving the impression of floating in the air and are suited with very comfortable element to place inside the ear and wrapping the ear-lobe.

This little sculptures have a reminiscence to the flowers, painted by the American artist women, Georgia O'Keeffe (1887-1986).

They has a combined weight of 19.95 grams and a measures of 31 mm by 26 mm (1.22 x 1.02 inches).

Stamped, with the maker's mark, the gold assay hallmarks and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. PERETTI 18KT".

The designer Elsa Peretti joined Tiffany & Co in the 1974 and change the role of diamonds and color gemstones in fashion for the everyday wear and elevating the status of the sterling silver jewelry. mostly using unusual gemstones and materials. all her creations are as modern today as ever.

Condition: The overall condition of this earrings is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
