Fluted oval earrings designed by Seaman Schepps.

Gorgeous and very unusual vintage pair created in New York city at the Seaman Schepps atelier, back in the 1970. These oval clips earrings has been crafted in solid white and yellow gold of 14 karats with high polished finish. They are fitted at the reverse, with comfortable French omega backs for fastening clips and the posts option for pierced ears can be easily added.

Rock Quartz: Mount with screws, with 2 fancy fluted cabochon cuts of natural translucent rock quartz of about 60 carats.

Citrines: Mounted in a four-prongs setting, with 2 oval faceted cut (18 x 12 x 8 mm) of natural translucent citrines with a total weight of 19.32 carats.

Birthstone: Citrine for the month of November.

Weight: 37.85 Grams, (24.26 Dwt).

Measurements: 32 mm by 28 mm (1.26 x 1.10 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark and signed in full, "SEAMAN SCHEPPS".

Seaman Schepps was an American jeweler famous for his retro style, 1950's jewelry design. The company was established in the 1905 as an antique and retailer store. in the 1931 was founded officially as a jewelry designer in New York and the workshop store was located at 516 in Madison Avenue. in the 1933 the business was so successful that they moved to a larger showroom at the 399 in the same avenue. The firm was sold in the 1992.

Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

ConditionThe overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All gemstones are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
