Pair of clips-earrings, designed by George Schuler for Tiffany & Co.

An sculptural pair of clips-earrings, made in New York city after the war, between the 1940 and 1950. They was crafted in 18 karats of textured yellow gold, with a wavy undulated fan patterns. Both are suited at the reverse with the hinged omega backs, patented by George Schuler.

Have a weight of 10.45 grams and a measures of 22 mm by 20 mm.

Stamped with the maker's logo hallmarks, "GS" for George Schuler, the serial number and signed, "GS TIFFANY & CO. 18 KT 281".

Note: George Schuler, designed several similar pieces for Cartier and VCA in new york.

Collateral: They are accompanied by the designer's jewelry box. 

Condition: The overall condition of those brooches are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. Those brooches has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
