Very nice and youthful pair of earrings, created by Robert Bruce Bielka back in the late 20th century. These pair of earrings was carefully crafted in the shape of tropical flowers in textured yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. Fitted with posts (Removable) for pierced ears and a pair of very comfortable hinged omega backs for fastening clips.

Tsavorites: Mount in flush setting, with 34 round faceted cut of vivid green tsavorites garnets with a weight of 0.68 carats.

Weight: 10.1 Grams (6.47 Dwt).

Measurements: Diameter of 17-18 mm (0.67 Inches).

Hallmarks: Both are stamped, with the maker's mark, the gold assay mark and signed, "©RBB ,750".

Robert Bruce Bielka

Originally he was a student of engineering and art at the University of Washington, when he discovered his love for jewelry in 1971 and began a long apprenticeship as a bench jeweler and jewelry designer, moving in 1975 to work for the house of Cartier in New York. In 1979 Bielka founded his own jewelry design and manufacturing firm in New York incorporating the company as Bielka, Inc. in 1981. He was soon selling his one-of-a-kind show pieces to jewelers such as Mikimoto, Tiffany, Van Cleef & Arpels, Harry Winston, Gubelin, Chaumet and Neiman Marcus where he has become a featured designer. In 1991 he began working with Asprey in New York where he created the basis for the Asprey Sunflower collection inspired by his successful sunflower earrings. He is an inventor holding patents covering the articulation of his whimsical animal jewelry -of which his jeweled teddy bears are best known- and his innovative connections for his calibre-set bracelets.

Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All gemstones are secured in their settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
