An art deco lady retro wristwatch with concealed lid
This is a beautiful and elegant lady wristwatch created during the art deco and retro periods, circa 1935-1940. The watch has been crafted with geometric patterns in solid rose gold of 14 karats with a very nice triangular links bracelet and a hinged mechanical lid, to cover the watch's dial face. It is embellished with seventeen European cuts diamonds and seventeen vivid red rubies. The bracelet of the wristwatch is fitted with a concealed hinge snaps lock and a security chain for extra safety.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark for Charles Aerni, the mark for the assay and warranty of the gold and signed as follows, "AERNI 14KT".
