Jeweled cocktail ring with orange sapphire.
Beautiful piece, created during the mid-century period, circa 1950. It was carefully crafted in solid white gold of 18 karats, with prongs settings for the gemstones mounting.
Featuring in the center, one marquise cut (5 x 10 x 4.5 mm) of a natural vivid orange sapphire, with a weight of 1.40 carats.
The center gemstone is surrounded by natural strictly calibrated diamonds, all F/G color and VS-2 clarity. They are 10 four-prongs settings, mounted with round brilliant cut, with a total weight of 1 carat and 14 double-prongs setting, with marquise cut with a weight of 1.68 carats.
Have a total weight of 8.1 grams and the actual size is 6.25, sizeable. The top view measures are 18 mm by 22 mm.
Stamped, with the gold assay hallmark, "18 kt".
Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All the gemstones, are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
