Great pair of ear-clips, created in Paris France at the workshop of Andre Vassort for the jewelry house of OJ Perrin, back in the 1970. These pieces were designed as a left and right, with knots and fluted patterns. Carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. They are fitted with posts (Removable) for pierced ears and comfortable hinged French omega backs for fastening clips.
Weight: 27.40 Grams, (17.56 Dwt).
Measurements: 27 mm by 16 mm (1.06 x 0.63 Inches).
Hallmarks: They are both stamped with French marks, the head of the eagle for the assay and warranty of the 18kt gold, the maker's mark AV associated to Andre Vassort, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, "O.J. PERRIN PARIS .750 OR".
Note: The maker’s cartouche AV, is associated to the 1950's mark for the atelier of the master jeweler, Andre Vassort. The Mo. Andre Vassort workshop was located in Paris 2, at the 34 in rue Sainte Anne. He collaborate very closely with Boucheron, Cartier, Fred, Perrin and VCA between the 1950’s and 1980’s, the workshop operations was ceased in the 1990's.
