VERY RARE KINETIC SPINNER RING DESIGNED BY NORMAN TEUFEL. A STUNNING VINTAGE PIECE DATED 1972. TOTALLY HAND CRAFTED IN SOLID 18 KARATS YELLOW GOLD. FEATURING THE COMPLICATION OF THREE GEOMETRICAL LEVELS OF SPINNING ELEMENTS, CROWNED AT TOP WITH A CUBIC GEOMETRICAL CARVING OF A NATURAL BLACK ONYX.
THE SQUARE PLATFORMS ARE EMBELLISHED WITH 17 EXCEPTIONAL ROUND BRILLIANT CUT DIAMONDS, 0.42 Ctw, E/F COLOR, VS-2 CLARITY.
NORMAN TEUFEL CREATED HIS FIRST SWINGER KINETIC RING IN THE 1971. THE SPINNING MOTION TECHNOLOGY MADE EVERY PIECE UNIQUE AND A WEARABLE AS A MASTERPIECE SCULPTURE, THIS WAS PATENTED IN THE 1972. TODAY HIS SON CAMERON TEUFEL IS IN CHARGE OF THE COMPANY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW DESIGNS, THIS RING IN PARTICULAR IS ONE OF THE EARLIEST EXAMPLES CRAFTED BY MR. TEUFEL HIMSELF AND SHOW AN EXCEPTIONAL KINETIC MOVEMENT.
TEUFEL RINGS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION LIKE THIS, FROM THIS PERIOD ARE QUITE SCARCE. MORE RARE TO SEE CRAFTED IN 18 KT GOLD AND EMBELLISHED WITH DIAMONDS. THE DETAIL AT TOP WITH THE BLACK ONYX, MADE THIS PIECE MORE SPECIAL AND DESIRABLE.
