A very rare and important piece created by the famed jewelers Moira with Art-Nouveau patterns. Crafted in London, United Kingdom in 18 karats yellow gold and suited at the reverse with a horizontal hinged pin, with a trombone lock. This can be also used into a chain to display as a pendant.
This playful design is composed by a real-life flower, with 5 petals and 18 pistils in the center, with a lady bug resting in one of the petals. The entire surface is embellished with applications of hot enamel; opalescent bluish white, vivid red and black.
The center of the flower is mounted with a six-prongs setting holding 1 old European round cut diamond of 0.60 carats, E.F color, VS-2 clarity.
The borders and contours of the petals are set with 59 old European rose cuts diamonds, 0.90 carats, F/G color, VS/SI clarity.
This stunning piece have a total weight of 23.7 grams and a measures of 54 mm by 48 mm (2.13 by 1.89 inches).
Is stamped at the reverse with the serial numbers, the assay mark and signed, "MOIRA .750 4006".
