Very beautiful piece, created in America during the mid century period, back in the 1950. This gorgeous brooch, has been carefully crafted in the shape of the United States Of America flag, in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. Fitted with free movable tassels and a discrete hinged security pin bar with a mechanical lock to wear as a brooch. The flag is embellished with a great selection of natural earth mined gemstones.
Diamonds: Mounted in a pave setting, with 115 round brilliant cut diamonds, 1.22 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity.
Sapphires: Mounted in a pave settings, with 49 round faceted cut of natural vivid blue sapphires, with 0.98 carats.
Rubies: Mounted in a pave setting, with 78 round faceted cuts of natural Burmese vivid red rubies, with 1.56 carats.
