-Lalaounis 1970 The Minoans and Mycenaeans Free Form Earrings In Solid 18Kt Yellow Gold

A pair of fluted earrings designed by Ilias Lalaounis.

Gorgeous statement earrings, created in Greece by the jewelry house of Ilias Lalaounis back in the 1970's. These beautiful vintage and bold pair are part of the collection named the Minoans and Mycenaeans and has been carefully crafted with fluted ancient Greek artistic patterns, in solid rich yellow gold of 18 karats. The entire surfaces are treated with hammered, textured, chiselet and polished finishes. They are fitted at the reverse with hinged omega backs for fastening clips and the option of posts for pierced ears can be easily added. 

Weight: Combined of 29.85 Grams, (19.13 Dwt).

Measurements: 56 mm by 37 mm (2.20 x 1.46 Inches).

Hallmarks: Both are stamped with the maker's monogram mark of Lalaounis, the workshop mark A21, the Greek gold assay mark for 18 karats and signed in full "LALAOUNIS A21 .750 GREECE".

Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are good. Beside the little normal wear, there are no discoloration to the gold. This earrings has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and the authenticity.
