Lalaounis 1970 Minoans and Mycenaeans Dangle Drops Clips Earrings In Solid 22Kt Yellow Gold

A pair of  drop Earrings designed by Ilias Lalaounis.

Beautiful statement dangle drop earrings, created in Greece by the jewelry house of Lalaounis back in the 1970's. These gorgeous vintage bold pair are part of the collection named Minoans and Mycenaeans and has been carefully crafted with ancient Greece art patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with hammered, textured and polished finish. Suited at the reverse with omega backs for fastening clips and the option of posts for pierced ears can be easily added. 

Weight: 37.6 Grams, (24.11 Dwt).

Measurements: Drop 63 mm (2.48 Inches), Width 20 mm (0.81 Inch).

Hallmarks: Both are stamped, with the maker's mark, the Greek gold assay mark and signed in full "ILIAS LALAOUNIS A21 KT22 .750 GREECE". (Clips Backs are 18kt).
