Beautiful pair of ear clips, created in Greece by the jewelry house of Ilias Lalaounis back in the 1970's. This pair has been carefully crafted with ancient Greek artistic patterns in solid rich yellow gold of 18 karats, with hammered, textured and polished finishes. They are fitted at the reverse with hinged omega backs in 18kt gold for fastening clips and the option of posts for pierced ears can be easily added. Mount with a great selection of natural earth mined gemstones.
Diamonds: Mount in bezel settings, with 14 round brilliant cut diamonds, 1.40 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity.
Rubies: Mount in bezel settings, with 24 round faceted rubies, 1.92 carats.
Weight: Combined of 28.55 Grams, (18.30 Dwt).
Measurements: 32 mm by 22 mm (1.26 x 0.88 Inches).
Hallmarks: Both are stamped with the maker's monogram mark, the workshop mark A21, the Greek gold assay mark for 18 karats and signed in full "LALAOUNIS A21 .750 GREECE".
Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are good. Beside the little normal wear, there are no discoloration to the gold. The gemstones are secured in they settings. This pair has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and the authenticity.
