Beautiful piece from the Italian mid-century period, circa 1960's. It was crafted in solid yellow gold of 14 karats, with textured finish. suited with a horizontal hinged pin to be wear as a brooch and can be used as a pendant.

The main element is the carved piece of coral depicting a group of grapes, mounted in the gold frame with grapes leaves. Accented with 1 round brilliant cut diamond, .05 Ctw, F/G color, VS-2 clarity

Have a total weight of 18.4 grams and a measures of 51 mm by 42 mm (2 by 1.65 Inches).

Stamped, with the maker's mark and the Italian gold assay hallmark, “AKA 1965 14 KT”.
