ITALIAN 1970 Modernist Bombe Cocktail Ring In 18Kt Diamonds Chrysoprase & Ruby

An Italian bombe cocktail ring.

This is a superb vintage bombe cocktail ring created in Italy during the modernist period, back in 1970. The colorful ring was hand crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with polished finish and white gold for the diamond's settings. Embellished on top with a cabochon cut red ruby, which is surrounded by an assortment of forty white colorless diamonds. The half-body of the ring is decorated with a fancy carving of chrysoprase. This is a stunning ring with great craftmanship and impeccable details.

Ruby: Mount in the center in a four-prongs setting, with 1 oval cabochon cut (12 x 10 x 6 mm) of a natural red ruby with a weight of about 7.78 carats. (The carat's weight of the ruby was calculated by formula)

Diamonds: Mounted in a pave setting, with 40 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total combined weight of about 1.20 carats, white colorless F/G color, VS clarity.

Chrysoprase: Mount with 1 fancy caliber cabochon cut carved from natural vivid green chrysoprase.

Birthstone: Ruby for the month of July.

Weight: 22.5 Grams, (14.45 Dwt).

Size: Actually is 7.5 and may be easily sized up or down on special request.

Measurements: 26 mm by 24 mm (1.02 x 0.95 Inches) and raise 16 mm over the finger.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the mark for the assay and warranty of the 18Kt yellow gold as follows: "18Kt".
