Italian 1960 Mid Century Necklace In 18Kt Yellow Gold With Graduated Red Sardinian Coral Beads

A necklace with Italian Sardinian Red Coral.

Delicate and elegant piece, made in Italy, circa 1960. It is composed by 121 graduated round spherical beads (4 to 9 mm) carved from natural Sardinian red coral and a 18 kt yellow gold crab lock.

The coral beads are completely even, with very rich red color, not dyed or treated in any way and have an estimate weight of 70.85 carats.

The total weight is 17.7 grams and the length is 21.4 inches (54 Cm).

Stamped, with Italian gold assay hallmarks, ".750".

It is in perfect condition with no discolorations or spots and recently was re stranded.

Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of this necklace is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold or the coral. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
