Fabulous German early 20th century enamel box, created in the city of Pforzheim, circa 1910. This beautiful box was carefully crafted with impeccable details in solid .935/.999 standard silver with yellow gold gilt interiors finish. Made of circular form with a five barrels hinged lid raised by a simple thumbpiece. Engine turned concentric guilloche decoration topped with applications of translucent pink enamel.
Weight: 47.90 Grams, (30.71 Dwt).
Measurements: Diameter of 51 mm and a height of 22 mm (2.0 x 0.87 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with Austrian import mark in the rim, the German export mark for the assay of the .935 silver and the number 4 on both parts for matching.
