French Art-deco bombe cocktail ring.
Beautiful piece made in Paris France during the post war period, circa 1950. Finely crafted in 18 karat yellow gold with a .950 platinum top. Is mounted with a fluted cabochon cut carved from natural black onyx. Is suited with a inner spring ring sizer.
Accented on top with one European round cut (5.75 mm) diamond with a weight of 0.78 carats. F color, VS-2 clarity.
This nice ring have a weight of 17.5 grams and actual size is 5.75, sizeable.
The top view measures are 24 mm by 19.5 mm.
Stamped with French hallmarks, the eagle's head and the dog's head for the assay and guaranty of the 18 kt gold and the platinum, respectively and the maker's maitre cartouche FJ.
It is in perfect condition.
