FRENCH 1970 Modernist Wood Clips Earrings In 18Kt Yellow Gold With Chrysoprase
A pair of French modernist clips-on earrings.
This is a very handsome pair of clips-on earrings, created in Paris France, back in the 1970's. The colorful earrings have been crafted with modernist patterns showing a pair of carvings of black ebony. The carved ebonies are mounted with a geometric arrangement of dots made up in yellow gold of 18 karats. The earrings are embellished with a magnificent well matched pair of translucent natural green chrysoprase and are fitted at the reverse with French omega backs for fastening clips. The addition of gold posts for pierced ears may be easily done.
