French ear-wrapping dangle drop earrings.
Very unusual and beautiful ear-wrapping earrings, created in France during the mid-century period, back in the 1950. These drop earrings has been crafted with articulated rectangular dangle links in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and spherical elements in platinum for the setting of the diamonds. They was designed for pierced ears and are fitted with a hinged system to wrap the earlobe from it back to the front.
Diamonds: The 12 platinum parts are mounted in a flush setting, with 48 old European round diamonds, 0.48 carats, G color, VS/SI clarity
Weight: Combined of 34.2 Grams, (21.92 Dwt).
Measurements: 55 mm by 18 mm (2.16 x 0.71 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks, export marks and gold assay marks.
