French three-Draws Monocular Telescope.
Very unusual and handy monocular telescope, created in France during the last three-quarters of the 19th century, circa 1880. This is a personal pocket luxury monocular telescope, crafted in solid gilt bronze with accents and decorations in three color of 18 karats gold and accents of sterling silver. Fitted with 3 draws and decorated with two bands carved in white. This piece is very chic and actually very useful, since is in perfect working condition. Can be wear in your purse or pocket or used at the opera house. This highly collectable item will be a great conversation piece.
