Geometric loop Ring designed by Don Berg for Tiffany & Co.
A rare solid and bold piece, created by Don Berg exclusively for tiffany in 1973. This sculptural loop ring was crafted in a limited edition of only 18 pieces in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with very high polish finish.
Have a total weight of 10.95 grams and the actual size is 7.5, sizeable. The top view measures are 24 mm by 13.5 mm.
Stamped, with the hallmarks, "TIFFANY & CO. AG .925 ITALY".
In 2015, Tiffany design director, Francesca Amfitheatrof used the iconic Tiffany Blue Book for capsule collection inspiration, choosing 18-karat gold pieces from the early 1970s, including a trio of sculptural rings and bold bracelets. The limited edition “out of retirement” collection features 18 pieces of each one, eight jewelry designs and 10 gift items. each item was based on a design from the Tiffany & Co Archives.
