Dinh Van Paris Modernism Target Necklace Pendant In 18Kt Yellow Gold With Diamond

Target necklace designed by Jean Dinh Van.

A sophisticated and elegant piece created in Paris France by Dinh Van, back in the 1980's. This vintage necklace pendant is from the iconic collection named Target and was crafted with very modernist patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with very high polished finish.

Diamond: Bezel set with one round brilliant cut diamond of 0.15 carats, E color, VS-1 clarity.

Weight: 4.3 Grams (2.75 Dwt).

Measures: The chain have a length of 20 Inches, (50 Cm) and the pendant is 28 mm by 32 mm (1.10 x 1.26 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the maker's maitre cartouche Ste DDV (Societe Jean Dinh Van), associated to the Dinh Van atelier and signed, "DINH VAN .750 K18".

Jean Dinh Van is a French designer that began is successful career in the 1960 designing for the French jewelry houses of Cartier and Pierre Cardin. In 1972 he started his own company and the followed years his revolutionary designs and style caught on quickly and launched him to the forefront of the jewelry and fashion world. All his designs are very geometric and modern, both, his original vintage pieces created for Cartier and the contemporary creations are highly collectible. Dinh Van pieces are very fashionable, sophisticate and easy to wear, also can be displayed as a small toys, sculptures and "Objets du Vertu".
