Nice bombe piece crafted in solid 18 karats yellow gold.
The top part is embellished with a pave setting of very high quality gemstones. All are natural and calibrated round brilliant cuts; 24 diamonds, 1.68 carats E/F color, VS-1 clarity and 63 vivid read Burmese rubies 5.67 carats, no heat.
Have a weight of 9.5 grams and the actual size is 4 to 7.5, can be sized and is suited with an adjustable hinged shank.
The top view measures are 22 mm by 10 mm.
