*Christian Dior 1960 Paris Renato Cipullo 18 kt cocktail ring with 4.55 Cts in diamonds and enamel

Rare cocktail ring designed by Renato Cipullo for Christian Dior.

Beautiful French piece from the late 1960's. Made by Renato Cipullo for the house of Dior, and crafted, with a fluted patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karat and embellished, with four elements decorated with black hot enamel.

Prong set, with 69 exceptional calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of 4.55 carats, E/F color, VS-2 clarity.

Have a total weight of 11.8 grams and the actual size is 5, sizeable. The top view measures are 19.5 by 14 mm.

Stamped with Italian assay control hallmarks and signed, "CH DIOR 18 K 38NA".

Note: The Italian workshop 38NA is the number assigned to the goldsmith atelier of Renato Cipullo in Napoles Italy.

Note: Renato is the brother of Aldo Cipullo. Both was extremely talented jewelers and designers and they design jewelry for this and others famed Parisian fashion houses.

It is in perfect condition, with no gemstones replacements or repairs.
