Decorative geometric vase designed by Christian Dior.
Fabulous and well designed minimalist piece, created in Paris France by the fashion house of Dior, back in the late 1960's. This decorative vase was commissioned and manufactured by the French company Christofle and was carefully crafted in solid stainless steel with an .925/.999 sterling silver overlay.
The design is composed by the geometrical anagram of the letters CD from the company name.
Stamped, with the Christofle maker's mark cartouche and the signatures, "CHRISTIAN DIOR MADE IN FRANCE CHRISTOFLE".
Has a measures of 299 x 77.5 x 150 mm (11.75" h., 3.05" l. and 5.85" w).
It is in great vintage condition and was recently polished.
