BEAUTYFUL MING DYNASTY PAIR OF SANCAI GLAZED CAMELS. AN ANCIENT EARLY PIECES CREATED IN CHINA AROUND THE 1400 AD, DURING THE MING DYNASTY, BETWEEN THE 1368-1644 AD.
THEY ARE A BEAUTYFUL MATCHING PAIR OF CAMELS WITH SADDLES, CRAFTED IN EARTHENWARE AND DECORATED WITH SANCAI GLAZED OF GREEN, BLACK AND AMBER COLORS. THE RECTANGULAR BASE IS NON GLAZED.
THIS PIECE ARE A VERY FINE AND UNUSUAL MING DYNASTY REPRESENTATION OF CAMELS.
EACH ONE HAVE A MEASURES OF 8 BY 8.75 BY 2.75 INCHES.
IN PRETTY EXCELLENT CONDITION AND COMPLETELY INTACT WITH NO REPAIRS OR RESTORATIONS.
