Cartier Paris Geometric Ring In 18Kt Yellow Gold With 5.46 Ctw Diamonds & Tiger Eye Quartz

Beautiful ring, created in Paris France by the iconic jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1970's. This geometric ring has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with polished finish. Mount on top, with one curved cabochon cut (11 x 8 x 5 mm), carved from natural tiger quartz, with a weight of about 4.5 carats.
Embellished at one side, with a graduated French pave setting, composed by 24 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.96 carats, E/F color, VS-2 clarity.
Has a total weight of 7.75 Grams and the actual size is 7. This can be easily sized and in addition have a spring sizer inside shank. The top view measurements are 8 mm by 24 mm.
Stamped, with the French maker's mark, the serial numbers, the gold assay hallmark and signed, "CARTIER 18 KT 41282".
It is in great condition and is accompanied by the designer's presentation jewelry box.
