This is a beautiful vintage cocktail ring created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the late 1970's. The cocktail ring has been masterfully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. The ring is embellished on top with three cabochons carved from vivid blue sapphires and accented around and at the sides, with a great selection of thirty natural white colorless diamonds. Sapphires: Mounted on top in bezel settings, with 3 oval cabochon cuts of natural intense vivid blue sapphires, with a combined total weight of about 2.20 carats.
Diamonds: Mounted around in a French pave setting, with 20 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of about 1.03 carats, white colorless E/F color, VS clarity.
Diamonds: Mounted at the sides in channel settings, with 10 calibrated emerald faceted cut diamonds, with a total weight of about 0.50 carats, white colorless E/F color, VS clarity.
Birthstone: Sapphires for the month of September.
Weight: 6.95 grams (4.48 Dwt).
Size: Actually is 6 and may be easily resized up or down on special request.
Measurements: 22 mm by 15 mm (0.92 x 0.63 Inches) and raise 8 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the eagle's head mark for the warranty and assay of the 18kt yellow gold, the atelier maker's mark Ste. EB inside a lozenge cartouche and signed as follows, "CARTIER PARIS .750".
