Brutalism, this era is defined by big looks, somewhat of those from the classic Hollywood glam era, yet redefined by the used of a more "natural approach" to setting using flowed gold and nugget-esque looks from artists like Arthur King Andrew Grima and others British designers. Brutalism is a style with an emphasis on materials, textures and construction, producing highly expressive forms. Is a utilitarian aesthetic movement that shuns decoration in favor of exposing and celebrating the raw materials used to construct the design. It largely had its heyday in the architecture of the 1950s to 1970s, but it has recently seen a resurgence in modern digital design.
Collateral: It is accompanied by the original designer's presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this brooch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
