*Cartier 1970 Convertible day & night earrings in 18 kt yellow gold with white coral & tiger eye quartz

Beautiful door knockers earrings designed by Cartier.

Rare pair of convertible day and night drop earrings designed by the house of Cartier, back in the 1970's. They were crafted in solid 18 karats yellow gold and suited with omega backs for fastening clips. The optional posts for pierced ears can be easily added.

Adorned with a pair of curved cabochons, carved from natural white coral and suited with a pair of drop elements (Removable) carved from natural tiger quartz.

They have a total weight of 31.3 grams and a drop measure of 45 mm by 26 mm (1.77 x 1.03 inches).

Stamped, with the maker's mark, the serial numbers, the gold assay hallmarks and signed, "CARTIER 18 KT 22434"

This pair is in perfect condition and is accompanied by the designer's jewelry pouch
