Cartier 1970 Vintage 1/8 Oz Ingots Earrings In 18Kt Yellow Gold With VVS Diamonds

Ingot earrings designed by Cartier.

Rare vintage pair of 1/8 ounces ingots earrings, created by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1970. These earrings has been crafted in the shape of the popular maison ingots in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polished finish. Fitted at the reverse with posts for pierced ears and French omega backs for fastening clips.

Diamonds: Mounted in a four-prongs settings with a matching pair of round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.50 carats, white colorless E color, VVS-1 clarity.

Weight: 11.35 Grams, (7.24 Dwt).

Measurements: 12 mm by 8 mm by 5 mm  (0.47 x 0.32 x 0.20 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the gold assay mark, the serial numbers and signed, "CARTIER 18KT 82327 1/8 OZ A N".

Collateral: They are accompanied by the designer's presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. Both diamonds are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
