CARTIER 1970 Modernist Enameled Signet Ring In 18Kt Yellow Gold With Diamonds

Geometric signet ring designed by Cartier.

This is a very unusual signet ring, created back in the 1970 by the jewelry house of Cartier. This ring has been crafted as a piece of Italian art in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. Embellished on top with geometric patterns which are decorated with applications of White and green enamel and a U curved line embellished with twelve white colorless diamonds.

Diamonds: Mounted in a flush setting inside the U shaped channel, with 12 European round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.12 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity.

Birthstone: Diamonds for the month of April.

Weight: 7.95 Grams, (5.09 Dwt).

Size: 5.5 and may be easily sized up or down on special request.

Measurements: 19 mm by 20 mm (0.75 x 0.79 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the five-digits serial numbers and signed as follow, "CARTIER 18KT ITALY 40749".

Collateral: This ring is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of this Cartier ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The 12 diamonds are secured in their settings. This ring has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
