*Cartier 1960's vintage large door-knockers earrings in textured 18 kt yellow gold
Oversized door-knockers earrings designed by Cartier.
A pair of vintage piece, made by the house of Cartier during the mid-20 century period, circa 1960's. This elusive earrings was crafted in 18 karats of textured yellow gold and the entire surface is treated with geometric diamonds cuts patterns.
They are suited at the reverse, with posts (removable) for pierced ears and French omega backs for fastening clips. The design is composed by two movable elements, attached together by invisible hinges.
This pair have a total weight of 26.5 grams and a measures of 40 mm by 29 mm (1.58 x 1.14 inches).
Stamped, with the gold assay hallmarks, the serial numbers and signed, "CARTIER 18 KT CARTIER 21903".
They are in perfect condition and are accompanied by the designer jewelry box.
