CARTIER 1930 Art Deco Charms Bracelet In Platinum With 6.04 Ctw In Diamonds & Gems
An art deco nine-charms bracelet designed by Cartier.
This is a fabulous and extremely rare charm's bracelet, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1930. The charm's bracelet and the charms were designed and made during the same art deco period, with meticulous craftsmanship in solid .900/.999 platinum and .100/.999 iridium. The attached nine charms are of different motifs, such as a little bird, a dressed man, a dressed lady, a candlestick, a little house, a butterfly, a child, the number 13 and an I love you. The charms are embellished with a gorgeous selection of one-hundred-fifteen earth mine natural gemstones, such, sparkling diamonds, vivid red rubies, blue sapphires and an emerald. Two charms are accented with applications of colored glass enamels.

Diamonds: The charms are mounted in French pave flush setting, with 68 mixed cuts of diamonds, with a combined weight of about 2.72 Carats, white colorless F color, VS-2/SI-1 clarity
Rubies Mount in mixed settings, with 33 French mixed cuts of natural vivid red rubies, with a combined weight of about 1.65 Carats.
Sapphires: Mount in mixed settings, with 13 French mixed cuts of natural blue sapphires, with a combined weight of about 1.59 carats.
Emeralds: Mount in a bezel cased setting, with 1 straight baguette cut of a Colombian emerald of about 0.08 carats.
Weight: 23.8 Grams, (15.26 Dwt).
Size: The full extended length is 7 Inches (17.75 Cm).
Measurements: The average charm sizes are between 20 mm and 13 mm (0.87 x 0.51 Inches).
Hallmarks: The charms and the bracelet are stamped with French marks; the maker's mark, the marks for the assay of the platinum, multiple serial numbers and signed as follow, "CARTIER IRID PLAT R13, 8587, 8418 etc".
Collateral: This bracelet is accompanied by the Cartier’s antique presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this Cartier charms bracelet is excellent. Besides the little normal wear, there is no damage to the platinum. The 115 gemstones are secured in their settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
