Art deco cocktail ring designed by Cartier.

An extremely rare ring, created during the art deco period by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1928. This fabulous cocktail ring has been crafted as an unique piece in solid platinum and mounted with a great selection of natural earth mined gemstones.

Diamonds: Mount in a channel setting, with 22 French square carre cut diamonds, 1.14 carats, E/F color, VS-2 clarity,

Diamonds: Mount in box settings, with 2 Baguette step cut diamonds, 0.60 carats, E color, VS-1 clarity,

Diamonds: Mount in a pave setting, with 38 European round diamonds, 1.16 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity,

Gemstones: Mount on top in a four prongs setting, with 1 oval cabochon cut (20 x 16 x 12 mm) of a natural Ceylon Blue Star Sapphire of about 41.47 carats.

Birthstone: Sapphire for the month of September

Weight: 24.75 Grams, (15.87 Dwt).

Size: 8 and may be easily sized on request.

Measurements: 24 mm by 22.5 mm (0.95 x 0.89 Inches) and raise 12 mm over the finger

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the platinum, the serial numbers and signed, "CARTIER 36162".

Collateral: It is accompanied by the designer's presentation jewelry box.

Collateral: It is accompanied by a certificate from the Gia laboratory, stating the center stone is a natural non heat blue star sapphire from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). (In preparation).

Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All gemstones are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
