Very handsome wristwatch, created by Bulova during the art deco period, back in the 1937. This is the President model, crafted in solid yellow gold of 14 karats with polished finish. Notice the fabulous art deco shaped handsome filigree etched or as some call it "chased" case. Very unusual slide on men's cuff bracelet.
Dial: Rectangular, silvered with gold Arabic numbers and gold hands. Cristal 25.9mm x 14.4mm (G-S MX394-25). Inscribed Bulova.
Movement: Mechanical, manual winding. Caliber 7AP 17 jewels no adjustment.
Leather strap: Mount in a customized slide-on cuff bracelet in leather from the period.
Waterproof: No waterproof and no shock resistance.
Weight: Total, 28.2 Grams, (18.07 Dwt).
Measurements: 22 mm by 45 mm by 9 mm (0.87 x 1.77 x 0.35 Inches). All included.
Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, "BULOVA WATCH COMPANY NEW YORK".
