*Buccellati 1970 Milano Cocktail Ring in 18 Kt Yellow Gold With 1.81 Cts Burmese Ruby

Beautiful domed cocktail ring, made in Milan Italy by the famous house of Buccellati, back in the 1970. This rare piece was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karat and the entire surface is finished with the characteristic and iconic Buccellati's etched intricate patterns.

The crowned carved element on top is mounted, with a bezel that is holding one oval cabochon cut (8 x 6 x 3.5 mm) of a natural vivid red Burmese ruby, with a weight of 1.81 carats.

Has a total weight of 14.9 grams and the actual size is 7.5. It is very easy to size and the shank is open to be adjusted up or down. The top view measurements are 13 mm by 23.5 mm and raise 15 mm over the finger.

Stamped, with the maker's mark, the Italian control gold assay hallmark and signed, "BUCCELLATI .750 96".

It is a beautiful, very rare ring and in great vintage condition.
